Abstract
Idejni projekt proizvodnog sustava strojne obrade je proizvodni sustav proizvodnje žlica za rovokopače. Navedeni su čimbenici poslovne politike te je analiziran proizvodni program. Sustav je prikazan na osnovu proizvedenih količina u veljači 2020. godine. Formirane su matrice veza i opterećenja čime je potvrđen model navedenog sustava, višepredmetni fleksibilni proizvodni sustav. Potaknuti događanjima na tržištu izrađen je proračun s povećanim količinama proizvodnje. Zadržan je tehnološki procesa izrade i matrica veza, povećala se raspoloživost proizvodnih kapaciteta i dobiveni su rezultati. Potrebno je udvostručiti radnu snagu na pojedinim radnim mjestima. Zbog problema pronalaska kvalitetne radne snage, dane su mogućnosti poboljšanja kroz karakteristike vitke proizvodnje. U ovom slučaju, to je nabavka robota za zavarivanje. Proračun je pokazao kako je dovoljan jedan robot ukoliko se na njemu vrši operacija jednog modela žlica. Također, dane su i mogućnosti poboljšanja na ostalim operacijama kao i na sporednom proizvodnom sustavu lakiranja.
Abstract (english)
Conceptual Design of Manufacturing System is the production system of excavator buckets. Business policy factors are listed and the production program is analyzed. System is shown based on the quantities produced in February 2020. Connection and load matrices were formed, which confirmed the model of the said system, a multi-object flexible production system. Encouraged by market events, a budget was made with increased production volumes. The technological process of production and the matrix of connections have been retained, the availability of production capacities has increased and results have been obtained. It is necessary to double the workforce in the individual workplaces. Due to the problem of finding a quality workforce, opportunities for improvement were given through the characteristics of lean production. In this case, it is the purchase of a welding robot. The calculation showed that one robot is enough if one model of excavator bucket is operated on it. Also, opportunities for improvement are given on other operations as well as on the secondary production system of varnishing.
