Abstract
Mehatronički uređaji za rehabilitaciju pacijenata s neurološkim oštećenjima ključni su u pogledu njihove fizičke rehabilitacije. Posebnu važnost u tom okviru ima rehabilitacija podlaktice i ručnog zgloba, čija je funkcionalnost neizostavna u nesmetanom obavljanju svakodnevnih aktivnosti. S obzirom na zahtjeve osnovnih anatomskih obilježja, dosadašnje stanje tehnike na ovom području ruke te sigurnosne zahtjeve, u radu je konstrukcijski koncipirano više mogućih rješenja aktivnog rehabilitacijskog uređaja. Doista, aktivni uređaji pružaju značajne prednosti u odnosnu na pasivne, budući da pružaju ritmičnosti i repetitivnosti pokreta. Vrednovanjem predloženih koncepata dobivene su smjernice za konstrukciju konačnog rješenja. Predloženi uređaj wRIhab spada u skupinu egzoskelet uređaja, te omogućava tri stupnja slobode gibanja u serijskoj konfiguraciji, koji omogućuju rotaciju podlaktice, kao i fleksiju i ekstenziju te radijalne i ulnarne devijacije ručnog zgloba. Sustav pokretanja zglobova sastoji se od istosmjernih motora bez četkica te planetarnog prijenosnika s prijenosnim omjerom 51:1 čime je postignut izlazni moment iznosa 6,4 Nm.
Abstract (english)
Mechatronic devices are found to be a key factor of successful physical rehabilitation for patients with neurological limitations. Especially important in this frame is the forearm and wrist rehabilitation that is crucial in assuring the regaining of the most important everyday activities and functionalities. Bearing in mind the basic anatomical features, the current state-of-the-art in this field as well as the safety requirements, several design concepts of an active rehabilitation device are proposed in this work. By evaluating the proposed concepts, guidelines for the construction of the final design solution are obtained. The proposed device, named wRIhab, belongs to the group of exoskeleton devices and it enables the attainment of three degrees of freedom in a serial configuration, which include forearm pronation/supination, as well as the flexion/extension and radial/ulnar deviations of the wrist. The respective actuation system is based on DC brushless motors coupled to planetary gearheads with 51:1 reduction rate, which results with 6,4 Nm output rotational torque.
