Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu potrebno je izraditi proračun brodskog generatora pare kapaciteta 50 t/h koji proizvodi pregrijanu paru tlaka 36 bar i 450 °C. Nakon izvršenog proračuna utvrđeno je da generator pare može ostvariti tražene parametre pregrijane pare. Ukoliko se tom istom generatoru smanji kapacitet s 50 t/h na 37,50 t/h, odnosno na 75% nominalnog kapaciteta, vidimo da će generator pare biti u mogućnosti isporučiti zahtjevane parametre pregrijane pare iako je predimenzioniran, što ukazuje višak predane topline u pojedinim ogrjevnim površinama. Ukoliko se kapacitet smanji na 50% nominalnog kapaciteta, odnosno 25 t/h, teoretski generator pare će moći proizvesti paru traženih parametara, ali postoji opasnost od prevelikog pregrijavanja pare jer je ovakav generator u ovakvim radnim uvjetima ipak predimenzioniran. Također se javlja problem preniske temperature izlaznih dimnih plinova iz zagrijača vode.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis it is necessary to make a calculation of marine steam generator with a capacity of 50 t/h that produces superheated steam with pressure of 36 bar and 450 °C. After the calculation, it was determined that the steam generator can achieve the required parameters of superheated steam. If the capacity of the same generator is reduced from 50 t/h to 37,5 t/h, or 75% of the nominal capacity, we see that the generator will be able to deliver the required parameters of superheated steam even though it is oversized, which indicates excess heat transfer in individual heating surfaces. If capacity is reduced to 50% of the nominal capacity, or 25 t/h, the theoretical steam generator will be able to produce steam of the required parameters, but there is a danger of excessive overheating of steam because such a generator is oversized in such operating conditions. There is also the problem of too low temperature of flue gases from the economiser.
