Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je ''Kompenzacija koordinatnog mjernog stroja uslijed promjene temperature''. Uvodni dio rada objašnjava napredak tehnologije u svijetu mjerenja, te visoke zahtjeve tržišta rada. U daljnjem dijelu rada opisane su karakteristike materijala koji se koriste u praktičnome dijelu, te općenito o temperaturi i njenoj povijesti. Sljedeća cjelina detaljno opisuje koordinatni mjerni stroj, njegove dijelove i softver. Napretkom tehnologije stvaraju se strojevi visoke preciznosti i točnosti, što jako ubrzava proizvodni proces i mjerenje. Praktični dio rada proveden je u sklopu firme Elcon Geraetebau, koja ima jako dobre uvjete u kontroli kvalitete. Mjerenjima tri različita materijala na pet različitih temperatura dolazi se do zaključka da temperatura ima jako bitnu ulogu u mjerenju. Najveći raspon u dimenzijama događa se kod teflona, dok najmanji kod čelika. Nikad se ne postižu savršeni uvjeti zbog previše različitih faktora koji utječu na to.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this diploma thesis is "Compensation of the coordinate measuring machine due to temperature change". The introductory part of the paper explains the progress of technology in the world of measurement, and the high demands of the labor market. The following part of the paper describes the characteristics of the materials used in the practical part, and in general about the temperature and its history. The following section describes in detail the coordinate measuring machine, its parts and software. With the advancement of technology, machines of high precision and accuracy are created, which greatly speeds up the production process and measurement. The practical part of the work was carried out within the company Elcon Geraetebau, which has very good conditions in quality control. Measurements of three different materials at five different temperatures lead to the conclusion that temperature plays a very important role in the measurement. The largest range in dimensions occurs with Teflon, while the smallest with steel. Perfect conditions are never achieved due to too many different factors influencing it.
