Abstract
Rad se bavi analizom lopatice vjetroturbine pomoću metode konačnih elemenata. Geometrija lopatice izrađuje se u Autodesk Fusion 360 pomoću NACA profila koji se spajaju kako bi stvorili površinsko tijelo. Analize se provode u Femap-u s rješavačem NX Nastran. Stvorene su mreže za izotropni materijal (aluminij) kako bi na temelju rezultata analize početnih opterećenja se usvojila najreprezentativnija mreža. Kompozitna svojstva se zadaju postojećem modelu s odabranom mrežom, odabrana su... More vlakna E-glass i poliesterska smola sa PVC i balsa jezgrama. Provode se analize za zadana slaganja i usmjerenja slojeva kompozita koji su opterećeni ektremnim klimatskim uvjetima kao što su težina snijega, nastrujavanje vjetra, led na lopaticama i ekstremne temperature. Rezultati analiza prikazuju naprezanja u elementima sa najvišim Von Mises-ovim naprezanjima po njihovim slojevima kompozita. Naprezanja su sva unutar dopuštenih granica vlačnih i tlačnih čvrstoća zadanih materijala. Na temelju tih rezultata zaključuje se da kompozit bi izdržao sva zadana statička opterećenja. Less
Abstract (english)
Thesis deals with the analysis of wind turbine blade using finite element method. Blade's geometry is made in Autodesk Fusion 360 with NACA airfoils which when merged are creating a surface body. Analysis are processed in Femap with NX Nastran solver. Model is meshed with several meshes for isotropic material (Aluminium) in order to get the most representative mesh for initials loads on the blade. Composite propertys are given to the model for adopted mesh, E-glass fibers and... More polyester resin along with PVC and balsa cores are used for blade's composite. Analysis of given layers and composite orientations are preformed for loads from extreme climate conditions such as snow weight on blade, wind flow, icing of blade and extreme temperatures. Results of analysis are showing stresses in elements with the biggest Von Mises stresses within the layers of composite. All stresses are significantly lower then permissible limits of tensile and compressive strengths of given materials. Based on these results, it is concluded that the composite would withstand all given static loads. Less
