Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je konstruiranje prihvata i utega za nosivu ruku 3D skenera. Objašnjene su metode reverzibilnog inženjerstva i navedena je njihova primjena. Objašnjena je digitalna fotogrametrija, brza izrada prototipova i aditivna proizvodnja te se prikazao pregled stanja tehnike u području 3D skeniranja i 3D ispisa. U praktičnom dijelu ovog završnog rada se analizirala postojeća konstrukcija prihvata 3D skenera i nosive ruke. Metodama reverzibilnog inženjerstva se izradio digitalni model postojećeg prihvata 3D skenera i nosive ruke. Stvarna konstrukcija se prilagodila novim zahtjevima te su se uzeli u obzir izmjere, ograničenja i mogućnosti postojeće konstrukcije te smjernice za ispravno konstruiranje i oblikovanje modela predviđenih za izradu metodom 3D ispisa, te se izradio radionički crtež. Metodom 3D ispisa se izradio stvarni model nove konstrukcije prihvata. Konstruirao se i dimenzionirao set utega za nosivu ruku 3D skenera i izradili su se radionički crteži.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this work is the construction of a holder and weights for a carrying arm of a 3D scanner. The methods of reverse engineering are explained and their applications are stated. Digital photogrammetry, rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing are explained and an overview of the state of the art in the field of 3D scanning and 3D printing is presented. In the practical part of this work the existing construction of the 3D scanners holder and of the carrying arm was analyzed. A digital model of the existing 3D scanners holder and of the carrying arm was developed using reverse engineering methods. The actual construction was adapted to the new requirements, measurements and limitations and possibilities of the existing construction were taken into account, as well as the guidelines for a correct construction and design of models intended for 3D printing. The actual model of the new holder was created using 3D printing methods. A set of weights for the carrying arm of the 3D scanner was constructed and dimensioned. Technical drawings of the holder and weights were made.
