Abstract
Ovaj preddiplomski rad pisan je tijekom srpnja, kolovoza i rujna 2019. godine. Rad je podijeljen na nekoliko dijelova. U prvom dijelu opisani su poslovni sustavi koji su podijeljeni prema broju zaposlenih (mikro, mali, srednji i veliki). U drugom dijelu govori se općenito o radnim mjestima, kako ih možemo podijeliti i koji su njihovi najveći problemi. U trećem dijelu opisana je SAB metoda vrednovanja (po kojoj se vrši vrednovanje u tvrtki Selk d. d.) te su ukratko definirane sve grupe zahtjeva koje ona obuhvaća. Četvrti dio obuhvaća četiri metode vrednovanja radnih mjesta, suvremenu Hay metodu te SAB metoda vrednovanja (po kojoj se vrši vrednovanje u tvrtki Selk d.d.). Sve te metode razlikuju se u postupku vrednovanja. U petom dijelu opisane su metode vrednovanja radnih mjesta po uspješnosti, po kojima se uspoređuje učinkovitost i zalaganje zaposlenika na radnim mjestima. U zadnjem dijelu izvršio sam vrednovanje za pet radnih mjesta u tvrtki Selk d. d. i usporedio ih preko grafikona i dijagrama.
Abstract (english)
This undergraduate thesis was being written through July, August and September of 2019. Thesis is divided in several chapters. In the first chapter there are business systems described, which are split according to the number of employees (micro, small, medium and big). The second chapter talks about jobs in general, how we can divide them and their most significant problems. In the third chapter SAB evaluation method is described ( by which evaluation is carried out in Selk Plc.) and request groups, which it covers, are briefly defined. Fourth chapter includes all four wokplace evaluation methods as well as the contemporary Hay method. Fifth chapter describes workplace evaluation methods by performance, by which the effectiveness and commitment of the employees in the workplace are compared. In the last chapter, the evaluation was performed for five workplaces in Selk Plc.
