Abstract
Cilj rada je usporedba analitičkih i numeričkih izračuna modalnih karakteristika tankostijenih cilindričnih posuda koje sadrže fluid. U radu je sadržana teorijska osnova vibracija opisivanjem temeljnih pojmova i Berry - Reissnerove teorije plitkih ljuski, koja je značajna po tome što se analitički izračun vlastitih frekvencija temeljio na jednadžbama iz teorije plitkih stijenki. Numerička MKE analiza u Ansysu postavljena je s parametrima iz referentne literature, a rezultati modalnih karakteristika, uvažavajući kriterije različitih razina ispunjenosti vode, uspoređeni su s referentnima. Ispitan je i utjecaj debljine stijenke na modalne karakteristike prazne posude, kao i one s djelomičnom ispunjenošću.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this paper is comparison of analytical and numerical calculations of modal characteristics of thin-walled cylindrical tanks containing fluid. Vibration theory with fundamental terms described and shallow shell theory by Berry - Reissner, significant as it served as basis for analytical calculations of tank's eigenfrequencies, are contained in the paper. Numerical analysis in Ansys, based on Finite Element Method, was set up with parameters matching those from referent literature. Results of modal characteristics were compared to the ones from the referent literature with respect to the criterion of different liquid levels in the tank. Effect of wall thickness on modal characteristics of an empty and one partially filled tank is analysed.
