Abstract
U radu je opisan postupak spajanja metala zavarivanjem. Iako spajanje različitih metala postoji koliko i čovjek, proces zavarivanja doživio je nagli razvoj kada se za spajanje metala počela koristiti električna energija. U radu je opisan razvoj zavarivanja kroz povijest, te su prikazani postupci zavarivanja. Opisano je zavarivanje brodske konstrukcije u fazi predmontaže i montaže na navozu. Kako bi svaki zavareni spoj održavao kvalitetu cijele konstrukcije, valja obratiti pozornost na... More pripremu spoja za zavarivanje. Ukoliko se priprema spoja i zavarivanje ne rade pravilno, dolazi do pogrešaka koje za posljedicu imaju povećanje troškova, pojavu deformacija i slično. U radu je naglašena važnost pravilnog izvođenja, te vrste nadzora i kvalitete zavarenog spoja. Također, opisani su čimbenici koji utječu na postupak zavarivanja. Less
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the process of joining metals by welding. Although the joining of different metals exists as long as man, the welding process experienced a rapid development when electricity began to be used to join metals. The paper describes the development of welding through history, and presents welding procedures. The welding of the ship structure in the phase of pre-assembly and assembly on the slipway is described. In order for each welded joint to maintain the quality of... More the entire structure, attention should be paid to the preparation of the weld joint. If the preparation of the joint and welding do not work properly, errors occur which result in increased costs, the appearance of deformations and the like. The paper emphasizes the importance of proper execution, as well as the type of inspection and the quality of the welded joint. Also, the factors influencing the welding process are described. Less
