Abstract
U završnom radu „ Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela TG.21/PT.29“ opisana je toplinska obrada poboljšavanja. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjene su fazne pretvorbe čelika i mikrostruktura čelika te je opisan utjecaj legirajućih čelika. Detaljnije je opisana toplinska obrada poboljšavanja čelika kroz različite načine poboljšavanja. Opisani su i čelici za poboljšavanje. Opisan je način određivanja parametara austenizacije čelika. U eksperimentalnom određeni su potrebni parametri za provedbu postupka toplinske obrade te je strojni dio TG.21/PT.29 poboljšan i postupak verificiran.
Abstract (english)
In the undergraduate thesis „ Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela TG.21/PT.29“ is explained the heat treating process technique of quenching and tempering. In the theoretical part are explained the phase transformations of steel and its microstructure. Furthermore, it is explained the infulence of alloying elements. The heat treating process of quenching and tempering is explained in detail through different techniques of quenching and tempering. Moreover it is explained what is steel suitable for quenching and tempering. It is explained how to determine parameters of austenization of steel. In the experimental part are determined the required parameters for conducting the heat treating process and the machine part TG.21/PT.29 is subjected to quecnhing and tempering, after which the process is verified.
