Abstract
Završni rad obuhvaća konstruiranje i dimenzioniranje trapezne ručne automobilske dizalice koja se koristi u hitnim slučajevima. U početnom je dijelu dan kratki osvrt na postojeće izvedbe i različite principe rada automobilskih dizalica. Koncept konstrukcije trapezne dizalice usvojen je u praksi zbog čega faza koncipiranja nije bila potrebna. Listom zahtjeva definiralo se određene konstrukcijske karakteristike. Proračunom pojedinih opterećenih dijelova dizalice vršila se provjera naprezanja i površinskih pritiska s obzirom na dozvoljene vrijednosti za odabrane materijale i usvojene dimenzije. Računalno modeliranje komponenti, odnosno sklopa trapezne dizalice, napravljeno je u softverskom paketu Autodesk Inventor 2018 na temelju dimenzijskih vrijednosti usvojenih proračunom. U istom je programu izrađena potrebna tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
Undergraduate thesis encompasses the design and dimensioning of scissor car jack for emergency case use. In the preface, there is a short overview of existing designs and work principles of various different car jacks. The basic concept of mechanical car jack design is adopted and well refined, therefore the concept phase was not necessary. Certain design characteristics were determined by the list of demands. Strain and surface pressure analysis of individual parts was done based on allowed values for chosen materials and adopted dimensions. Computer aided design of the car jack's parts and assembly, based on the calculated dimensions, was done in Autodesk Inventor 2018. Technical documentation was created in the same software.
