Abstract
U ovom završnom radu izrađena je programska aplikacija za upravljanje pozicijom rotirajuće mehaničke transportne ruke. Rotirajuća mehanička transportna ruka upravljana je elektromotornim pogonom, a izvedeno je uz pomoć PID regulatora. Prikazane su osnovne komponente sustava koje se koriste unutar sustava te je objašnjena uloga svake pojedine komponente. Simulacija i vizualizacija izrađena je u alatu Codesys. Vizualizacija prikazuje kontrolne panele s davačima pozicije, tipkalima, lampicama te grafove svakog dijela zadatka koji je testiran. Pomoću simulacije omogućeno je ispitivanje sustava i vizualizacije.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes a software application which was created to control the position of the transport rotary arm. The transport rotary arm is operated by an electric motor drive and is made with the help of a PID controller. The basic system components used within the system are presented and the role of each component is explained. Simulation and visualization is done in Codesys. The visualization shows the control panels with position encoders, pushbuttons, lamps, and graphs of each part of the task being tested. Simulation enables system and visualization testing.
