Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je usporedba vitke brodograđevne postaje sa vitkom automobilskom postajom. Detaljno su razrađene metode vitke proizvodnje te je prikazana usporedba njene primjene u brodograđevnoj i automobilskoj industriji. Završni rad prikazuje osnovne karakteristike vitke proizvodnje, usporedbu s automobilskom industrijom, te njenu primjenu na primjeru ukrupnjavanja panela u brodogradilištu 3. MAJ u Rijeci.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is comparison of a lean ship assembly workstation with a lean automobile assembly workstation. The methods of a lean production are elaborated in detail, and comparisons of its applications in the shipbuilding and automotive industries are presented. This final work presents the basic characteristics of lean production, comparison with the automotive industry, and its application of panel enlargment in shipyard „3. MAJ“ in Rijeka.
