Abstract
U sklopu ovog rada obrađena je optoelektronička sklopka. Opisane su tranzistorske sklopke i prikazan je spoj optičke i tranzistorske sklopke. Optičke sklopke imaju široku upotrebu od automatizacije na razini kućanstva do industrije, do sigurnosnih mjera u obliku senzora pokreta. Teorijski dio bavi se opisivanjem PN spoja, MOSFET-om, Bipolarnim tranzistorom, fotodiodama i LED s većim naglaskom na MOSFET i bipolarnim tranzistorom kao sklopke. Simulacijski dio se odnosi na spoj fotodiode i MOSFET-a kao sklopka i njihove međusobne interakcije.
Abstract (english)
Within this final work an optoelectronic switch was studied. Transistor switches have been described and a combination of a MOSFET and optical switch have been shown. Optical switches have a wide use from the automation on a household level to an industrial level, to security measures in the form of motion sensors. The theoretical part of this final work deals with describing PN junctions, MOSFETs, bipolar transistors, fotodiodes and LEDs with a larger emphasis on MOSFET and bipolar transistor switches. The simulation part deals with the combination of a fotodiode and MOSFET as a switch and their interaction with each other.
