Abstract
U diplomskom radu „Optimizacija energetskog sustava za zgradu gotovo nulte energetske potrošnje“ utvrđeno je optimalno rješenje sustava grijanja, hlađenja, ventilacije, pripreme potrošne tople vode i napajanja sustava električnom energijom za zgradu gotovo nulte energetske potrošnje na području grada Splita. Energetski, ekonomski i emisijski optimalno rješenje određeno je primjenom dinamičkih matematičkih modela komponenti te provođenjem cjelogodišnjih simulacija rada u realnim uvjetima čime je olakšana vizualizacija ponašanja realnog sustava. Simulacije su izvršene u računalnom programu TRNSYS. Optimizacija se postiže pravilnim odabirom toplinske izolacije vanjske ovojnice zgrade, primjenom obnovljivih izvora energije u termotehničkim sustavima itd. Definiran je niz izvedbi energetskog sustava te je za svaku od njih proveden proračun potrošnje energije za grijanje i hlađenje, proračun isporučene i primarne energije te emisije CO2. Također, provedena je analiza ukupnih troškova investicije, pogona i održavanja za period od 15 godina. Na temelju rezultata analiza kao optimalna izvedba sustava pokazala se izvedba V.
Abstract (english)
In the thesis “Optimization of the energy system for a nearly zero-energy building” the optimal solution has been determined for the heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water and power supply systems of a nearly zero-energy building in Split. Energy, economically and emission optimal solution was determined by applying dynamic mathematical models of components and implementing year-round simulations of work in realistic conditions, which facilitated the visualization of the behavior of the real system. The simulations were executed in a computer program TRNSYS. Optimization was achieved by proper selection of thermal insulation of the building envelope, application of renewable energy sources in thermotechnical systems etc. Several energy system designs have been defined and the calculation of energy consumption for heating and cooling as well as the calculation of delivered and primary energy and CO 2 emissions have been carried out for each system. Furthermore, an analysis of the total costs of investment, operation and maintenance for a period of 15 years was conducted. Based on these results, system performance V proved to be optimal.
