Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je opisan proces konstruiranja pločastog transportera za potrebe transporta ručne prtljage na putničkim terminalima. Rad je podijeljen u poglavlja u kojima je sažeto opisana povijest transporta, zatim su opisani sastavni dijelovi transportera te je opisan postupak izrade proračuna potrebnog za dimenzioniranje ovakvog tipa transportera. Proračun obuhvaća provjere čvrstoće lanca i potreba za kočnicom, dimenzioniranje lančanika, odabir pogonske jedinice (elektromotor i reduktor), odabir spojke, proračun vratila te proračun trajnosti ležaja.
Abstract (english)
This graduation thesis describes the process of constructing an apron conveyor for the transport of luggage at passenger terminals. The thesis is divided into chapters in which is briefly described the history of transport, then the components of the conveyor and the process of making the calculation required for sizing this type of conveyor. Furthermore, the calculations include checks on the strength of the conveyor chain and the need for installing a brake system, sizing of the sprocket, selection of the drive unit (electric motor and reducer), selection of the clutch, calculation of the shaft and the calculation of bearing durability.
