Abstract
Diplomskim je radom objašnjen postupak konstruiranja pločasto – člankastog transportera za prijevoz komadnog materijala. U prvom je dijelu opisan transporter, njegovi dijelovi i karakteristike te prednosti i nedostaci takvih transportera. Zatim je objašnjen proračun pojedinih dijelova transportera, definirana je duljina transportera i širina korita. Određena je i korisnost, vučna sila i kapacitivnost transportera i na kraju su usvojeni elektromotori i reduktori potrebni za neometan rad transportera. Naposljetku su se odabrali ležajevi i natezači lanca. Proračunom je zaključeno da usvojeni dijelovi transportera i njegova sama konstrukcija može izdržati predviđena opterećenja.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis explains the process of designing apron conveyor used for transport of chunk material. The first part describes the conveyor, its parts and characteristics as well as the advantages and disadvantages of such conveyors. Subsequently the calculation of individual parts of the conveyor is explained, the length of the conveyor and the width of slats are defined. The efficiency, traction force and capacity of the conveyor were determined and conclusively, electric motors and gearboxes necessary for uninterrupted operation were selected. Finally, the bearings and chain tensioners were accepted. The calculation concluded that the selected parts of the conveyor and construction itself can withstand the anticipated loads.
