Abstract
Temeljna zadaća ovoga rada jest provedbom internog audita u tvrtki POLI-MIX d.o.o. ustanoviti udovoljava li njeno poslovanje zahtjevima norme ISO 9001:2015. Osim toga, rad čitatelju pruža detaljan pregled područja rada tvrtke, prikazuje primjer proizvoda koji napušta njihov proizvodni pogon, ali i njegov cjelokupni proizvodni ciklus. Pritom, posebna pažnja posvećena je metodama kontrole proizvoda i proizvodnog procesa te mjernoj opremi koja se tijekom ovih postupaka koristi. Teorijski je obrađena norma ISO 9001 te svrha i osnovna načela internog audita. Drugi dio rada posvećen je primjeni obrađenih znanja provedbom cjelokupnog godišnjeg internog audita u tvrtki s ciljem provjeravanja postavljene hipoteze. Analizom prikupljenih podataka te kreiranjem završnog izvješća i završne ocjene internog audita donesen je zaključak o radu sustava upravljanja kvalitetom spomenutog poduzeća. Hipoteza postavljena u uvodu rada je valjana, tj. tvrtka POLI-MIX d.o.o. posluje u skladu sa zahtjevima norme ISO 9001:2015.
Abstract (english)
The main task of this paper is to conduct an internal audit at the POLI-MIX d.o.o. company in order to determine whether its business meets the requirements set by the ISO 9001:2015 standard. In addition, the work provides a detailed overview of the company's area of business, brings an example of their typical product, and its entire production cycle. During that process, great attention is paid to the methods of product and production process control and the measuring equipment used to detect possible errors. Also, the text reveals a theoretical explanation of the ISO 9001 standard as well as the purpose and basic principles of internal auditing. The second part of the text is dedicated to practical application of provided knowledge by conducting the entire annual internal audit, in the name of checking the set hypothesis. By analyzing the collected data and creating a final report and the final evaluation of the internal audit, a conclusion regarding the quality management system's work was reached. The hypothesis set in the introduction of the paper is valid, i.e. the POLI-MIX d.o.o. company operates in accordance with the requirements set by the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
