Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisan je princip rada i vrste hidrodinamičke spojke te je objašnjena razlika izmeĎu hidrodinamičke spojke i hidrodinamičkog pretvarača okretnog momenta. Objašnjene su značajke 3D ispisa te metode koje se najčešće koriste. Pomoću zadanih vrijednosti u zadatku završnog rada izraĎen je proračun jednokomorne hidrodinamičke spojke, zatim dvokomorne hidrodinamičke spojke, opisan je tijek konstruiranja i oblikovanja 3D modela spojke u programu Inventor te ispis na 3D pisaču.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, the working principle and types of hydrodynamic coupling are described and the difference between a hydrodynamic coupling and a hydrodynamic torque converter is explained. The features of 3D printing and the methods most commonly used are explained. Using the given values in the final thesis, a calculation of a single-chamber hydrodynamic coupling was made, then a two-chamber hydrodynamic coupling, the process of constructing and designing a 3D model of the coupling in Inventor and printing on a 3D printer was described.
