Abstract
Unutar ovoga rada objašnjeno je dobivanje električne i toplinske energije u kogeneracijskim postrojenjima na biomasu. Biomasa kao gorivo unutar takvih postrojenja uspoređena je s ostalim gorivima (izvorima energije) te su opisane sve njene prednosti i nedostaci. Vidljiva je i prednost samih kogeneracijskih postrojenja u odnosu na konvencionalne elektrane jer je njihova učinkovitost prosječno 30% manja od kogeneracije. Opisan je i rad kogeneracijskih postrojenja u odnosu na različite... More tehnologije korištenja biomase i različite tehnološke procese. U nastavku rada opisan je rad jednog kogeneracijskog postrojenja na biomasu „VRBOVSKO EKO ENERGIJA“ koje se nalazi u Vrbovskom. Postrojenje je u potpunosti automatizirano te radi metodom kružnog, organskog Rankineovog ciklusa gdje se kao fluid koristi silikonsko ulje. Navedeno postrojenje toplinsku energiju koristi za potrebe sušara obližnje pilane, dok električnu energiju koristi za vlastiti rad pogona, a višak prodaje u mrežu HEP-a. Da bi se predaja električne energije u mrežu HEP-a ostvarila, u neposrednoj blizini postrojenja nalazi se i transformatorska stanica 20/0,4 kV. Less
Abstract (english)
Within this paper, the production of electricity and heat in biomass cogeneration plants is explained. Biomass as a fuel within such plants is compared with other fuels (energy sources) and all its advantages and disadvantages are described. The advantage of cogeneration plants themselves in relation to conventional power plants is also visible, because their efficiency is on average 30% lower than cogeneration. The operation of cogeneration plants in relation to different biomass... More technologies and different technological processes is also described. The following describes the operation of a biomass cogeneration plant "VRBOVSKO EKO ENERGIJA" located in Vrbovsko. The plant is fully automated to operate using the circular, organic Rankine cycle method where silicone oil is used as the fluid. The mentioned thermal energy plant is used for the needs of the drying of the nearby sawmill, while the electricity is used for humidifying the working plants, the surplus of sales in the HEP network. In order to deliver electricity in HEP's network, a 20/0.4 kV transformer station is located in the immediate vicinity of the plant. Less
