Abstract
Za upravljanje raznim istosmjernim motorima koriste se mikrokontroleri. U slučaju da mikrokontroleri ne mogu podnijeti napone i struje potrebne istosmjernom motoru, koriste se upravljački sklopovi. U tom slučaju mikrokontroleri upravljaju upravljačkim sklopom koji je spojen na viši napon i istosmjerni motor. U ovom radu je cilj bio napraviti umanjeno električno vozilo koje će funkcionirati na ovom principu. Za odabir istosmjernog motora usporedile su se karakteristike različitih izvedba istosmjernog motora kako bi se našla najprikladnija. U ovom slučaju se koristio istosmjerni motor s uzbudom od permanentnih magneta i četkicama zbog pogodne karakteristike i pristupačne cijene. Za upravljanje motorima ovdje se koristi L298N upravljački sklop koji može upravljati brzinom i smjerom vrtnje dvaju motora. Za upravljanje L298N sklopa koristi se Arduino Uno s njegovim Atmega328P mikrokontrolerom. Arduino je izabran zato što može očitavati analogne signale te slati pulsno širinsko modulirane signale koji su potrebni za upravljanje brzine vrtnje motora. Ostali izlazi Arduina Una mogu se koristiti kao digitalne jedinice i nule s kojima se upravlja H-most L298N sklopa koji služi za upravljanje smjerom vrtnje motora. Na analogne ulaze u Arduino spajaju se dva potenciometra kako bi mogli dati signal s kojim će se upravljati istosmjerni motori. L298N sklop i Arduino se oboje mogu napajati preko tri 18650 baterije spojene u seriju kako bi im ukupan napon bio oko 12 V. Spajanjem individualnih sklopova se stvara umanjeno električno vozilo koje je moguće kontrolirati pomoću potenciometra.
Abstract (english)
For controlling a DC motor a microcontroller is used. In case that the microcontroller can't withstand the voltages and the currents required for powering a DC motor a driver is used. In that case the microcontroller controls the driver which is connected both to high voltage and the DC motor. The goal of this paper was to create a miniature electric vehicle that functions on this principle. To choose the appropriate DC motor the characteristics of different types of motors were compared. In this case the most appropriate motor was a brushed DC motor excited by permanent magnets because of its appropriate characteristics and accessible price. To control the motor the L298N driver is used. The L298N driver can control the speed and direction of rotation of two motors simultaneously. To control the L298N driver an Arduino Uno with its is Atmega328P microcontroller is used. The Arduino was chosen because it can measure analog inputs and send pulse with modulated signals as outputs which are necessary to control the speed of the motor. Other outputs of the Arduino Uno can be used to output digital zeroes and ones which are used to control the direction of rotation with the H-bridge on the L298N driver. On the analog inputs of the Arduino, two potentiometers are connected, the signal that they send out will control the DC motors. The L298N driver and the Arduino are both powered by three 18650 batteries connected in series which give out roughly about 12 V. Connecting the individual parts creates a miniature electric vehicle which can be controlled using the potentiometers.
