Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je izrada automatizacije procesa kemijske pripreme vode u termoelektrani Urinj koja se temelji na Siemensovom PLC-u. Upravljanjem sustavom kemijske pripreme vode se izvršava pomoću upravljačkog programa i odgovarajućeg HMI sučelja koji su izrađeni u TIA Portalu. Kako bi se upravljački program mogao pravilno napraviti potrebno se je upoznati s postrojenjem i procesom. Upravljački program se sastoji od ručnog i automatskog režima rada, a operatorska stanica služi za nadgledanje i upravljanje procesom. Operatorska stanica nalazi se u upravljačkoj prostoriji kemijske pripreme vode, a uporaba programa WinCC Runtime Advanced omogućuje prikaz sheme procesa. Navedenim programom se vrši intuitivno upravljanje sustavom i reguliranje veličina procesa u stvarnom vremenu, kao i prikaz određenih trendova, alarma i događaja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is the development of automation of the process of chemical water treatment in the thermal power plant Urinj, which is based on Siemens PLC. The management of the chemical water treatment system is executed using the driver and the corresponding HMI interface developed in the TIA Portal. In order to make the driver properly, it is necessary to get acquainted with the power plant and the process. The driver consists of manual and automatic modes, and the operator station is used to monitor and control the process. The operator station is located in the chemical water treatment control room, and the use of WinCC Runtime Advanced allows you to view a schematic of the process. This program performs intuitive system management and regulation of process values in real time, as well as the display of certain trends, alarms and events.
