Abstract
Ispitivanje materijala bez razaranja predstavlja skup metoda temeljen na principima fizike sa svrhom utvrđivanja svojstava materijala ili komponenata sustava, te otkrivanja različitih vrsta grešaka, a da se pritom ispitivani materijal ostane neoštećen. Iz tog razloga, primjena nerazornih metoda neophodna je u eksploataciji te proizvodnji. Naglasak je stavljen na najrasprostranjenije metode ispitivanja materijala bez razaranja; vizualna kontrola, ispitivanje magnetnim česticama, ispitivanje tekućim penetrantima, ispitivanje ultrazvukom i radigrafsko ispitivanje. Opisan je način na koji se navedene metode koriste, njihovi fizikalni temelji, oprema koja se u njima koristi te primjena metoda u praksi na primjeru ispitivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada zavareni spoj je ispitan tekućim penetrantima, te na način da je ispitan feriti broj zavarenog spoja. Ispitivanjem nisu uočene površinske nepravilnosti karakteristične za postupak zavarivanja, kao i rezultat drugog ispitivanja je odredio da je feritni broj jednak nuli.
Abstract (english)
Non-destructive testing of materials is a set of methods based on the principles of physics for the purpose of determining the properties of materials or system components, and detecting various types of defects, while leaving the tested material undamaged. For this reason, the application of non-destructive methods is necessary in the exploitation and production. Emphasis is placed on the most common methods of testing non-destructive materials; visual inspection, magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, ultrasound testing and radiographic examination. The manner in which these methods are used, their physical foundations, the equipment used in them and the application of methods in practice on the example of testing are described. In the experimental part of the work, the welded joint was tested with liquid penetrants and also in second experimental part ferite number was measured . The tests did not reveal any surface irregularities characteristic of the welding process.
