Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se idejnim rješenjem grijanja prostora, pripreme potrošne tople vode, ventilacije i klimatizacije za stambenu zgradu od 9 stanova smještenu u Puli uporabom obnovljivih izvora energije. Zgrada je okarakterizirana kao zgrada nulte energetske potrošnje što daje stroge zahtjeve za nisku potrošnju energije i uporabu obnovljivih izvora energije. Termotehnički sustav zgrade iskorištava toplinu pohranjenu u tlu kao toplinski izvor za dizalicu topline dok se energija dobivena iz sunca koristi kao potpora sustavu. Dizalica topline, koja se koristi za grijanje i hlađenje prostora te pripremu potrošne tople vode, iskorištava toplinu pohranjenu u tlu pute vertikalne geotermalne sonde kroz koju prolazi rasolina koja je dimenzionirana uporabom računalnog programa. Sunčani sustav zgrade sastoji se od pločastih kolektora koji se koriste za pripremu potrošne tople vode i grijanje prostora. Zajedničkim djelovanjem ova dva sustava dobiva se kombinirani termotehnički sustav. Provedeni proračuni fizike zgrade i termotehničkog sustava te analiza i simulacije rada termotehničkog sustava dali su rezultate kojima se na optimalan način može dimenzionirati sustav i odabrati opremu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis discusses issues of space heating, preparation of domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning for a 9-apartment housing building in Pula using renewable energy sources. The building is characterised as energy neutral, which sets strict standards for low energy consumption and use of renewable energy sources. Thermotechnical system of the building uses heat from the ground to power heat pump, while the solar power is used as system support. Heat pump, which is used for temperature regulation and heating of domestic hot water, uses heat stored in the ground by the way of a vertical geothermal probe through which runs brine that is dimensioned using a computer program. Solar system of the building is consisted of vacuum pipe collectors which are used for preparation of domestic hot water and space heating. With the joint operation of the two systems, the combined thermotechnical system is obtained. Physics calculations conducted on the building and its thermotechnical system and work simulations and analysis of the latter provided the results using which the system can be optimally dimensioned and equipment obtained.
