Abstract
U okviru ovog diplomskog rada opisana je anatomija ljudske šake relevantna za konstrukciju uređaja s opružnim sustavom za rehabilitaciju šake. Dani su geometrijski, kinematički i dinamički zahtjevi. Opisani su modaliteti rehabilitacije i zahtjevi koji iz njih proizlaze. Dan je pregled postojećih rješenja sličnih sustava. Zahtjevi su razjašnjeni i postavljeni su prioriteti u odnosu na zadovoljavanje tih zahtjeva kako bi se moglo pristupiti koncipiranju i vrednovanju koncepata. Predloženo je četiri koncepcijskih rješenja na temelju zahtjeva i znanja prikupljenih pri istraživanju postojećih zahtjeva. Izabran je koncept temeljen na legurama s pamćenjem oblika. Dodatno su razjašnjeni zahtjevi kako bi se ustanovio optimalan pristup konstrukciji. Temeljeno na inovativnom rješenju, proračunati su i konstruirani aktuatori koji zadovoljavaju zahtjeve. Konstruiran je ostatak sustava za prijenos sila, momenata i kretanja, kao i sustav pričvršćivanja uređaja na šaku. Opisano je inovativno rješenje upravljanja SMA aktuatora. Opisani su suplementarni sustavi za prikupljanje povratnih informacija za upravljanje uređajem.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis the anatomy of the human hand, relevant for the design process of a spring-based hand rehabilitation device. The geometric, kinematic, and dynamic criteria are given. Rehabilitation modalities are described, as are the criteria resulting from those. A brief summary of existing similar solutions is given. The posed criteria are clarified and priorities regarding the fulfilment of these are given in order to proceed to the design proposal and evaluation stage. Four distinctive designs are proposed based upon the criteria, as well as the knowledge gathered while researching the topic. The concept based on shape memory alloys is selected. The criteria is additionally considered and clarified in order to ascertain the optimal approach to the mechanical engineering design. Based on a novel concept, actuators which meet the criteria are calculated and designed. The rest of the force, torque and movement systems is designed, as is the system responsible for attaching the device to the hand. A novel concept for SMA actuator control is described. The supplementary systems for additional feedback data gathering required for device control is described.
