Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje i definira teorijske pojmove poput vremenskog niza, autokovarijance, autokorelacije, autoregresije, kointegracije i korekcije pogreške nužne za definiranje i analizu VECM modela, koji je također detaljno objašnjen i matematički izveden. Zatim je pokazan postupak kojim se generiraju predikcije uz pomoć statističkog programa Stata. Na kraju ovog rada prezentirana su dva primjera iz različitih struka, kod kojih smo pokušali dobiti što točnije predikcije budućih stanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes and defines theoretical concepts such as time series, autocovariance, autocorrelation, autoregression, cointegration and error correction necessary for defining and analyzing VECM models, which is also explained in detail and mathematically derived. Next, the procedure by which predictions are generated with the help of the Statistic program Stata is shown. At the end of this paper, two examples from different professions were presented, in which we tried to get as accurate predictions of future conditions as possible.
