Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu zadatak je bio konstruirati trakasti transporter za sortiranje otpada. Trakasti transporteri koriste se za neprestani transport različitih vrsta materijala. Pri konstrukciji transportera korišteni su standardni konstrukcijski elementi. U uvodnom poglavlju kratko je opisan povijesni razvoj neprestanog transporta i mehanizacije vezane uz transport. Sljedeće poglavlje opisuje postrojenje za sortiranje otpada. Opisani su sve vrste postrojenja za sortiranje otpada, te svi potrebni kriteriji za otvaranje sortirnice otpada. U nastavku su navedeni i opisani svi dijelovi sortirnice otpada. U trećem poglavlju naglasak je stavljen na trakaste transportere. Detaljno su opisani svi konstrukcijski dijelovi trakastih transportera. Nakon što su objašnjeni svi dijelovi i pojmovi vezani uz trakaste transportere, u sljedećem poglavlju napravljen je proračun glavnih parametara transportera.
Abstract (english)
This thesis task was to construct a belt conveyor for waste sorting. Belt conveyors are used for the continuous transport of various materials. In the construction of belt conveyor were used standard construction elements. The introductory chapter briefly describes the historical development of continuous transport and machinery related to transport. The following section describes the waste sorting facility. In this section were described all kinds of facilities for sorting waste and all the necessary criteria to open the waste sorting unit. Below are listed and described all parts of waste sorting unit. In the third chapter, emphasis is placed on belt conveyors. In this chapter were described in detail all the structural components of belt conveyors. Having explained all the parts and terms related to the belt conveyors, the next chapter is calculation of the main parameters of the belt conveyer.
