Abstract
Ovaj rad se pozabavio jednim od najvažnijih načina proizvodnje danas, a to je lijevanje u pješčane kalupe. Također se bavi ulogom CAD/CAM sustava prilikom izrade modela za kalupe. Prvi dio zadatka je teorijski uvod koji nas ukratko upoznaje sa lijevanjem, lijevanjem u pješčane kalupe te o tome kako su se razvijali CAD/CAM sustavi kroz povijest i daje opis programa koji su korišteni kako bi mogli dobiti NC kod potreban za obradu. Nakon toga slijedi dio u kojem je postepeno objašnjeno konstruiranje proizvoda i negativa modela na računalu, kako bi poslije lakše obradili sirovinu te kako se dobiva NC kod potreban za obradu. Kada smo izradili negative bilo je potrebno dobiti modele ulijevanjem smjese smole u njih. Na kraju imamo opisanu izradu kalupnika i konačno opisan način izrade pješčanih kalupa te je prikazan odljevak nakon razbijanja kalupa.
Abstract (english)
This work deals with one of the most important mode of production today , and that is casting in sand molds . It also examines the role of the CAD / CAM system when creating models for molds. The first part of the task is a theoretical introduction, we are briefly met with casting, casting in sand molds and how they developed CAD / CAM systems throughout history and it provides a description of programs that have been used in order to get the NC code is required for processing. This is followed by a part in which is gradually explained construction of product and negatives of the models on a computer, which are later easier to process from the raw material and to get the NC code required for processing . When we created negatives it was necessary to make models by pouring a mixture of resin in them . At the end we have described making flasks and finally described a way of making sand molds and casting is shown after breaking the mold .
