Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad pruža analizu podataka o COVID-19 s ciljem razumijevanja pandemije. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo usporedbu podataka iz 2020., 2021. i 2022. godine te analizu trenutnog stanja pandemije u Hrvatskoj i svijetu u 2023. godini. Rezultati su otkrili varijacije u broju slučajeva, smrtnosti i stopama cijepljenja tijekom vremena. Evaluacija modela predviđanja pružila je uvide u njihovu točnost i pouzdanost. Zaključci ističu potrebu za kontinuiranim praćenjem podataka i informiranim odlukama temeljenim na njima.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis provides an analysis of COVID-19 data with the aim of understanding the pandemic. The research included a comparison of data from 2020, 2021, and 2022, as well as an analysis of the current state of the pandemic in Croatia and the world in 2023. The results revealed variations in the number of cases, mortality rates, and vaccination rates over time. The evaluation of prediction models provided insights into their accuracy and reliability. The conclusions highlight the need for ongoing data monitoring and informed decision-making based on them.
