Abstract
U ovom radu je dan kratak uvod u traktorske prikolice, a detaljno je opisana prikolica PV3000 čiju se konstrukciju odlučilo unaprijediti, te se proračunava njena nosiva konstrukcija. Proračunom je uočeno da je prikolica predimenzionirana, te da postoji mogućnost smanjenja dimenzija presjeka pojedinih cijevi konstrukcije. Budući da su u postojećoj konstrukciji uočeni još neki nedostaci, najprije su opisani prijedlozi vezani uz okretišta sanduka pri kipanju, kao i prijedlozi promjena na prihvatu osovine. Proveden je kratki proračun konstrukcije nove prikolice, te se pristupilo analizi konstrukcije metodom konačnih elemenata. Na kraju je navedena usporedba naprezanja i faktora sigurnosti pojedinih cijevi nove i prijašnje konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
This paper starts with a short overview of tractor-trailers, followed with detailed description of trailer PV3000 whose construction needed to be improved and calculation of the chassis elements of this specific trailer. Calculation results indicated that elements of PV3000 trailer are oversized and that there is the possibility of reducing the dimensions of individual tubes cross sections. Since additional deficiencies were detected in the existing design, suggestions related to the improvements of crate tipping turning points as well changes to the axle holding points were proposed. New trailer design was calculated and analyzed using Finite Element Method after which, comparison of stresses and safety factors of individual tubes of the new and old design was performed.
