Abstract
U ovom radu prikazana je bilanca topline na primjeru broda za prijevoz bitumena koji je izgrađen u brodogradilištu 3.MAJ. Prema toplinskoj bilanci izvršen je proračun cjevovoda i odabir pumpi i izmjenjivača topline. Napravljena je posebna shema u programu AFT Fathom, prema podlogama iz navedenog brodogradilišta. Na temelju nacrtane sheme prikazani su rezultati protoka te brzine fluida kroz određene potrošače. Analizom rezultata utvrđeno je kako dobiveni protoci u progamu nisu točno odgovarali... More toplinskoj bilanci. Režim rada prema kojem je napravljen sam proračun je režim rada broda prilikom plovidbe gdje je glavni motor opterećen 100%, a pomoćni 75%. U radu su također opisani i svi dijelovi rashladnog sustava potrebni za pravilan rad sustava. Less
Abstract (english)
Balance of heat on the example of ship for transportation of bitumen built in 3.Maj Shipyard is shown in this paper. According to the heat balance, calculation of pipeline is performed, as well as pumps and heat exchanger selection. Special scheme is made in AFT Fathom software, according to templates from the 3.Maj Shipyard. On the basis of drawn scheme, calculation of flow and fluid velocity through certain consumers is shown. Analysed results show that flows in the software don't... More correspond completely to the heat balance. Regime of work according to which the calculation has been made is regime of work for ship during the sailing where main engine is loaded to 100% and auxiliary engine to 75%. All the parts of cooling system needed for proper operation of the system are also shown in this paper. Less
