Abstract
Rast korištenja bespilotnih letjelica dovodi do uvođenja novih nacionalnih regulacija zračnog prostora 2017. godine. Istraživanje koristi opisnu statističku obradu podataka i klasifikacijske modele zasnovane na statističkom učenju za usporedbu sigurnosti zračnoga prometa u vremenskom periodu od početka 2000. godine do kraja 2016. godine i vremenskom periodu 2017. godine. More statističke analize uočeno je povećanje sigurnosti zračnog prometa za područje Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva s iznimkom Londona i njemu šire okolice. Utvrđeno je da komercijalni zračni promet snosi daleko najveći pad u sigurnosti leta rastom korištenja bespilotnih letjelica. Razvijeni klasifikacijski modeli nisu mnogo bolji od nasumičnog pogađanja. Uzrok navedene performanse klasifikacijskih modela su neuravnotežen skup podataka. Less
Abstract (english)
The growth in the use of drones leads to the introduction of new national airspace regulations in 2017. The research uses exploratory statistical data processing and classification models based on statistical learning to compare air traffic safety in the time period from the beginning of 2000 to the end of 2016 and the time period of 2017. The goal of the research is to provide insight into the results of the new national airspace regulations. By interpreting the results of the exploratory... More statistical analysis, an increase in air traffic safety was observed for the territory of the United Kingdom with the exception of London and its wider surroundings. Commercial aviation has been found to bear by far the greatest decline in flight safety with the rise in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.
