Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izrađen je idejni projekt proizvodnog sustava strojne obrade zadanog programa izradaka u količinama od qA = 20 000 kom/god (klinasta remenica), qB = 25 000 kom/god (pogonski zupčanik), qC = 25 000 kom/god (zupčanik pumpe). U radu je provedena analiza proizvodnog programa koja obuhvaća analizu konstrukcijskih, tehnoloških i proizvodnih karakteristika nakon koje slijedi tehnološki plan obrade. S obzirom na složenost i veliku zadanu količinu izradaka težit će se univerzalnoj i specijaliziranoj proizvodnoj opremi i alatima sa povećanom produktivnosti. Procesnom metodom izvršeno je grupiranje izradaka te je odabran tropredmetni serijski proizvodni sustav za grupu izradaka ABC. Za ovaj proizvodni sustav određen je prostorni raspored opreme, hodogram obrade, transport i definirana je potrebna količina radne snage.
Abstract (english)
In this diploma thesis was made the conceptual project of manufacturing system for machining workpieces in the default amounts of qA = 20 000 pcs/year (wedge-shaped pulleys), qb = 25 000 pcs/year (drive gear), qC = 25 000 pcs / year (gear pumps). In this paper was made the analysis of the production program, which includes an analysis of constructional, technological and manufacturing characteristics followed by a preliminary technological treatment plan. Given the complexity and the large amount of default workpieces we will be using universal and specialized production equipment and tools with increased productivity. Using the process method we performed grouping of workpieces and has selected three-subject serial production system for a group of workpieces ABC. For this production system is determined spatial distribution of equipment, workflow manufacturing, transportation and defined the necessary quantity of the labor force.
