Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je projektirati i konstruirati pokretni elevator koji podiže vreće stočne hrane na visinu od 4,3 metara. Rad obuhvaća pregled glavnih komponenti elevatora kako bi se omogućilo razumijevanje principa rada. Izrađen je proračun kojim su definirana svojstva elevatora, kao što su kapacitet, brzina kretanja materijala i slično, te odabir ključnih komponenti elevatora, uključujući elektromotor, lance, lančanike i druge dijelove. Navedeni proračun je napravljen u programu Excel s mogućnošću promjene ulaznih podataka kao što je visina podizanja te ostalih podataka. Dok modeliranje u programu INVENTOR 2024. Uz elevator, također je riješeno pitanje ukrcaja i iskrcaja zadanog tereta korištenjem dvaju orebrenih trakastih transportera postavljenih pod određenim kutom.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is the design and construction of a mobile elevator that lifts feed bags to a height of 4,3 meters. The work includes an overview of the main components of the elevator to facilitate an understanding of its operating principles. A calculation has been performed to define the elevator's characteristics, such as capacity, material movement speed, and more, as well as the selection of key components, including the electric motor, chains, sprockets, and other parts. This calculation was done in Excel, allowing for the adjustment of input data such as lifting height and other parameters. The modeling was conducted using INVENTOR 2024 software. In addition to the elevator, the loading and unloading of the specified material have also been addressed using two ribbed belt conveyors positioned at a certain angle.
