Abstract
U radu izrađenaje termodinamička analiza brodskog generatora pare. Generator pare ovakvog kapaciteta može se koristiti i u termoelektranama za proizvodnju električne i/ili toplinske energije. Za generator pare proizvodnje 100/120 t/h pregrijane pare tlaka 44 bar, temperature 400°C i napojne vode 140°C, proračun sam temeljio na ogrijevnoj moći zemnog plina. Potrošnja goriva je 2,97 m3nG/s, te je ukupan stupanj iskoristivosti ovakvog kotla 92,78%. Generator pare, za prizvodnju suhozasićene pare... More se sastoji od ekranskog i konvecijskog isparivača. U ekranskim cijevima, gdje se predaje većina topline isparavanja, predaje se zračenjem, dok se u konvekcijskom, većinom predaje konvekcijom. Ekranske cijevi se nalaze u ložištu, a konvekcijski isparivačna izlazu dimnih plinova iz ložišta i štiti pregrijač pare od direknog zračenja plamena iz ložišta. Konvektivni pregrijač pare smješten je u zoni gdje se predaja topline obavlja konvekcijom, te se smanjenjem opterećenja smanjuje i temperatura pregrijane pare na izlazu iz pregrijača. Kako bi pregrijač ispunio postavljene uvjete, moramo pri projektiranju uzeti u obzir i te nepovoljne uvjete za prijelaz topline konvekcijom (niže toplinsko opterećenje i manja brzina strujanja dimnih plinova). Zagrijač vode se dimenzionira prema potrebnoj toplini koju je potrebno predati u tom dijelu generatora pare. Da bi se omogućilo kontinurano izgaranje, treba osigurati dovoljne količine goriva i zraka za igaranje u ložištu, te treba osigurati odvođenje dimnih plinova. Less
Abstract (english)
In the thesis thermodynamic analasys of marine steam generator was made. Steam generator of the same capacity can be used in thermal power plants for production of electric and/or heat energy. For production of 100/120 t/h, 400 °C superheted steam, pressurised with 44 bar and 140°C feed water, calculation was made based on calorific power of natural gras. Fuel consumption is 2,97 m3nG/s, with efficiency of 92,78%. Steam generator for production of dry saturated steam is made of waterwall and... More convection evaporator. In waterwall tubes,where the most of heat is transfered by radiation, and in convection evaporatorheat is transferd by convection. Waterwall tubes are located in furnace, and convection evaporator is located in the exit of exhaust gases and protects steam superheater form direct flame radiation from furnace. Convection superheater is located in area of convection heat transfer and by lowering the heat load, temperature of superheated steam on the outlet is also lowered. During the design phase all downsides should be considered in order to create a superheater that will have desired operational characteristics. Water heater dimensions are set by the heat quantity needed in that part of the steam generator.
