Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada bio je procijeniti dubinu prokaljivanja strojnog dijela UN.24-PP.86. Rad ima teorijski i praktični dio. U teorijskom dijelu obrađene su fazne pretvorbe u čeliku, TTT-dijagrami, mikrostruktura i mehanička svojstva čelika, postupak kaljenja čelika, svojstva prokaljivosti i zakaljivosti te su opisane metode za procjenu prokaljivosti i metode za ispitivanje tvrdoće čime je postavljen okvir potreban za provedbu i interpretaciju praktičnog dijela završnog rada. U praktičnom dijelu rada je primjenom Jominyjeve metode provedena procjena dubine prokaljivanja strojnog dijela UN.24-PP.86.. Uz pomoć Crafts-Lamontovih dijagrama i nacrtanih U-krivulja zaključeno da će sva 3 čelika, C45E, 42CrMo4 i 50CrV4 prokaliti uz intenzitet ohlađivanja H = 0,35.
Abstract (english)
The task of this work was to evaluate the depth of hardening of the machine part UN.24-PP.86. The work has a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we covered phase transformations in steel, TTT-diagrams, microstructure and mechanical properties of steel, the process of steel hardening, properties of hardenability are discussed, and methods for evaluating hardenability and methods for testing hardness are described, which sets the framework necessary for the implementation and interpretation of practical part of the final work. In the practical part of the work, an assessment of the depth of hardening of the machine part UN.24-PP.86 was carried out using Jominy's method. With the help of Crafts-Lamont diagrams and drawn U-curves, it was concluded that all 3 steels, C45E, 42CrMo4 and 50CrV4, will harden with the intensity of cooling H = 0.35.
