Abstract
U ovom radu na temu '' Modeliranje sile istosmjernog istiskivanja '' bit će govora o obradi deformiranjem, kao i definiranja najpovoljnijeg plana pokusa i matematičkog modela za određivanje glavne sile istiskivanja. Osim teorijske osnove obrade deformiranjem, u praktičnom dijelu rada prikazano je eksperimentalno istraživanje utjecaja parametara procesa istiskivanja na silu istiskivanja. Korišteni su planovi pokusa za matematičke modele prvog i drugog reda uz pomoć programskog paketa MS Office Excel. Kao zaključak prikazana je usporedba točnosti između navedena dva modela.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis '' Modeling of forward extrusion force '' will be discussed by deformation processing, as well as defining the most favorable plan experiments and mathematical models to determine the main force displacement. In addition to the theoretical basics of deformation processing, the practical part of the paper is an experimental study of the impact of process parameters on the extrusion force displacement. Used are plans trials for mathematical models of first and second order with the help of the software package MS Office Excel. In conclusion there is a comparison between the accuracy of these two models.
