Abstract
Zadatak diplomskog rada je analiza izradaka i njihovih tehnoloških i proizvodnih zahtjeva. Prvo treba odrediti plan obrade za izratke. Nakon formiranja plana obrade formirali smo matrice iz kojih tražimo što optimalniji stupanj iskorištenja opreme. Izračunom smo dobili da je izradak B jednopredmetni fleksibilni proizvodni sustav i izradci ACDE četveropredmetni fleksibilni proizvodni sustav. Kroz matricu godišnjeg opterećenja možemo izračunati koliko je potrebno vrijeme obrade, te s tim dobivamo... More koliko nam je potrebno strojeva za proizvodnju izradaka unutar jedne godine. Nakon što smo odabrali opremu možemo vidjeti stupanj iskorištenja opreme, te ih grupirat i odrediti model proizvodnog sustava. Sljedeće izrađujemo prostorni raspored i hodogram obrade izradaka kroz proizvodni sustav. Dalje, preko opterećenja proizvodnog kapaciteta izrađujemo redosljed i ciklus obrade. Preko gantograma dobivamo grafički prikaz i vrijeme obrade potrebno za tjedni zahtjev proizvodnje. Less
Abstract (english)
The task of graduate thesis is the analysis of work-pieces and their technological and production requirements. First, a plan for processing should be specified. After forming the machining plan, we created the matrices from which we are looking for the optimum degree of utilization of the equipment. By calculating, we have produced B single-core flexible manufacturing system and works of ACDE quadruple flexible manufacturing system. Through the annual load matrix, we can calculate how much... More processing time is required, and with that we will get how much machinery we need to produce the work-pieces within one year. Once we have selected the equipment we can see the degree of utilization of the equipment, and group them and determine the model of the production system.
