Abstract
Brodogradnja u Republici Hrvatskoj je vrlo značajna grana industrije koje ima velik utjecaj na gospodarstvo. Konkurentnost na tržištu traži provođenje neprekidnog unapređenja u procesu proizvodnje, na način da se prate svjetski trendovi (tehnologija, metodologija, itd...). Tok materijala je značajna stavka za svaki proizvodni proces. Optimizacija toka materijala bitno utječe na efikasnost i proizvodnost. Rekonstrukcijom trenutačnog stanja brodogradilišta pospješuje se tok materijala. Optimizacija toka materijala se provodi pomoću algoritma VIP-PLANOPT 10. Proizvodni program brodogradilišta se mijenja u gradnju za više softicirane plovne objekte, te se brodogradilšte orijentira i ka remontnoj djelatnosti. Analizirani rasporedi površina se nalaze na nacrtima u prilogu, za izradu korišteni su programski paketi Rhinoceros i VIP-PLANOPT 10.
Abstract (english)
In Republic of Croatia shipbuilding is very significant industry branch wich has a great impact on the economy. Market competition requires continous improvment in the production process, in way that follows world trends (technology, methodology, etc...). Material flow is a significant item for each production process. Optimization of material flow significantly influences on efficency and productivity. Reconstruction of the current state of the shipyard enchances the flow of material. Material flow optimization is carried out using the VIP-PLANOPT 10 software. Shipyard production program is being changed on constructing more sofisticated vessels, and the shipyard activities are oriented towards repairment. Analyzed layout are shown on the attached drawings, Rhinoceros and VIP-PLANOPT 10 software packages are used.
