Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je sustav navodnjavanja u Valturi te crpna stanica datog sustava. Nadalje, dat je opis pumpi crpne stanice, njihova tehnička dokumntacija i grafovi sa radnim karakteristikama.Opisane su opće zakonitosti pri radu pumpi: princip pretvorbe energije, trokuti brzina na ulaznom i izlaznom presjeku, principi regulacije, sustavi sa paralelnim i serijskim spojem pumpi, gubitci u sustavu te pojava kavitacije. Opisan je i softver AFT Fathom koji se koristio pri analizi rada sustava.Crpna stanica i njeni elementi analizirani su u softveru AFT Fathom.Iz kataloga tvrtke „Croatia Pumpe“ odabrane su pumpe za idejna rješenja u svrhu unaprijeđenja sustava za navodnjavanje. Idejna rješenja sa novim pumpama također su razrađena u sustavu AFT Fathom 7.0. Data je i usporedba idejnih rješenja sa njihovim prednostima i nedostatcima te na temelju toga odabrano je najekonomičnije rješenje.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the irrigation system in Valtura and the pump station of the given system.Furthermore, pump description of the pump station is given as their technical documentation and the graphs with the working characteristics.The general principles of pump operation are described: the principle of energy conversion, triangular velocity at the input and output sections, regulation principles, systems with parallel and serial pump connections, losses in the system and cavitation. The AFT Fathom 7.0 software used in system performance analysis is also described. The pump station and its elements are analyzed in AFT Fathom software.From the catalog of "Croatia Pumpe", pumps have been selected for conceptual solutions for the improvement of the irrigation system. Conceptual solutions with the new pumps have also been developed in the AFT Fathom 7.0 softwere. The conceptual solutions with their advantages and disadvantages are given and according to the result the best solution is chosen.
