Abstract
U ovome završnom radu je opisan postupak izrade gitarske pedale za distorziju, zvane Dallas Rangemaster. Posebnost ove distorzijske pedale leži u tranzistoru od germanija, koji je rijedak is skup, te daje poseban zvuk. Pošto je shema sklopa predviđena za PNP tip tranzistora (pozitivno uzemljenje), bilo je potrebno prilagoditi shemu suvremenom načinu napajanja s negativnim uzemljenjem. Takva, modificrana shema originalne sheme, korištena je za simulaciju samog sklopa, u kojoj se prikazivao odziv sklopa na pobudu od 100 mV i 1 kHZ, prilikom promijene vrijednosti potenciometara. Nakon završene simulacije isprobao se čitav sklop na eksperimentalnoj pločici, te nakon što je sklop ispitan i uvjerenja da je sklop ispravan, bila je moguća izrada sklopa na pločici perfboard. Na samom kraju je bilo potrebno spojiti sklop na perfboard- u s hardverom na kućištu, te ispitati funkcionalnost cijelog sklopa s električnom gitarom kao ulaz sklopa te pojačalom za gitaru kao izlaz iz sklopa.
Abstract (english)
This graduation thesis describes the process of creating a distortion guitar pedal, called Dallas Rangemaster. The distinctiveness of this distortion pedal lies in the transistor made of germanium, which is rare and expensive, and gives a special sound. Since the circuit diagram is designed for the PNP type of transistor (positive ground), it was necessary to adapt the scheme to modern power supply with negative ground. Such a modified scheme of the original was used to simulate the circuit itself, in which the response of the circuit at 100 mV and 1 kHz was shown at the change of potentiometer values. After completion of the simulation, the assembley was tested on the experimental plate, and making sure that the assembly was functional, it was possible to make the assembly on a perfboard plate. At the very end, it was necessary to connect the assembly on the perfboard with hardware on the chasis, and test the entire assembly with an electric guitar as the circuit input, and a guitar amplifier as the output from the circuit.
