Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisane su teorijske osnove tribologije, podmazivanja i održavanja prema stanju. Kod teorija podmazivanja veći se naglasak dao na podmazivanje ležaja i na automatske sustave podmazivanja. Od nekoliko mogućih metoda održavanja prema stanju strojne opreme, koje se primjenjuju u industriji obrađeno je praćenje i analiza vibracija. Vibracije se najčešće mjere iz razloga jer promjena stanja stroja uzrokuje i promjenu vibracija. Na temelju navedenih teoretskih osnova pristupilo se rješavanju problema povišenih vibracija na elektromotoru u tvornici kamene vune Rockwool Adriatic d.o.o. Implementacijom jednostavnog i ekonomski isplativog automatskog sustava podmazivanja vibracije na stroju smanjene su za 60%. Automatski, pojedinačni uređaj za protočno podmazivanje predstavlja novu tehnologiju koja još nije navedena u ISO klasifikaciji (Slika 4.2.) [1] te je u ovom diplomskom radu uspješno testirana.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes theoretical basics of tribology, lubrification and predictive maintenance. While describing theory of lubrification we put an accent on bearing lubrification and on automatic lubrification systems. From several methods of predictive maintenance which are applied in the industry the measurement and analysis of vibrations are described. Measurement and analysis of vibrations is most frequently used because change in condition of machine causes the change of vibrations. Based on this theory, the problem solving of high vibrations on electromotor has been started in the stone wool factory Rockwool Adriatic d.o.o. With implementation of a simple and cheap automatic lubrification system vibrations are decreased for 60%. Single automatic lubrification device for lubrification with flow is a new technology which is not listed in ISO classification (Image 4.2.) [1] and it is successfully tested in this graduate thesis.
