Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izrađen je idejni projekt proizvodnog sustava strojne obrade za sljedeći zadani proizvodni program: Osovina sa zupčanikom (qA = 52 000 kom/god), osovina (qB = 40 000 kom/god), nosač motora (qC = 50 000 kom/god), kućište (qD = 37 000 kom/god), poklopac (qE = 45 000 kom/god). Provedena je analiza konstrukcijskih, tehnoloških i proizvodnih karakteristika te je prema tome izrađen plan obrade za svaki izradak. S obzirom na složenost i količinu izradaka odabrana je fleksibilna,... More specijalizirana i univerzalna proizvodna oprema. Procesnom metodom izvršeno je grupiranje izradaka te su definirana četiri proizvodna sustava, jedan dvopredmetni (AB proizvodni sustav) i tri jednopredmetna proizvodna sustava (C, D i E proizvodni sustav). Na temelju odabira transportnog sustava i redoslijeda obrade izrađen je grafički prikaz ciklusa izrade, prostorni raspored za svaki proizvodni sustav te hodogram obrade za pojedini izradak. Na kraju ovog diplomskog rada prikazan je način izrade simulacije definiranih proizvodnih sustava. Za izradu simulacije korišten je program Plant Simulation (Siemens PLM Software). Izradom ovog projekta uočena je sva problematika projektiranja proizvodnog sustava te mogućnost rješavanja problema na više načina s ciljem postizanja optimalnog proizvodnog sustava. Less

In this diploma the thesis was to make the conceptual project of manufacturing system for the following manufacturing program: axle with gear (qA = 52 000 pcs/year), axle (qB = 40 000 pcs/year), engine block carrier (qC = 50 000 pcs/year), housing (qD = 37 000 pcs/year), cover (qE = 45 000 pcs/year). More default workpieces, universal, flexibility and specialized production equipment will be used. Using the process method, the grouping of workpieces was performed and has four production systems were selected, one two-subject production system (AB manufacutring system) and three one–subject production system (C, D and E manufacturing system). On the basis of the selection of the transport system and the order of processing, a graphical representation of the production cycle, the layout of each production system and the processing of the hodogram for each work was made. At the end of this diploma thesis, the method of producing simulations of defined production systems is presented. For the simulation, Plant Simulation (Siemens PLM Software) was used. By designing this conceptual project, all problems of designing the production system and the possibility to solve the problem in several ways with the aim of achieving the optimal production system were considered.
