Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je odabir odgovarajuće turbine u svrhu realizacije idejnog projekta MHE Potok u gradu Čabru. Na temelju podataka iz hidrograma rijeke Čabranke te uz prisutna ograničenja lokacije odabrana je cross-flow turbina. Proveden je proračun snage za lokaciju MHE Potok koristeći podatke protoka iz hidrograma Čabranke i izmjerene visine pada vodotoka te je dobivena snaga turbine od 39 kW. Cross-flow turbina zamijenila bi zastarjelu Francisovu turbinu što znači da je prostor za ugradnju... More ograničen. Na temelju izmjerenih vrijednosti slobodnog prostora proveo se proračun cross-flow turbine prema: „C. A. Mockmore; Fred Merryfield; The Banki Water Turbine“, te je dobivena turbina promjera rotora 1,8 m i duljine 2 m. Napravljen je model turbine u programskom alatu SolidWorks. Nakon konstrukcije turbine provedena je analiza strujanja u programskom alatu Fluent. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata zaključuje se da je najopterećeniji dio turbine mlaznica koja preusmjerava tok vode na rotor. Na vratilu rotora razvija se moment od 8517 Nm čime se dobiva snaga od 30 kW. Ukupno proizvedena električna energija MHE Potok u godini dana iznosi 125507 kWh s godišnjom zaradom od 134292 kn. Investicijski troškovi MHE Potok procjenjuju se na 80000 eura s troškovima odrţavanja od 1600 eura godišnje te se predviđa povrat investicije za 10 godina. Less
Abstract (english)
Purpose of this paper is choosing right turbine for the needs of investment project micro hydropower plant Potok in the town of Čabar. Based on hydrograph of the river Čabranka and location space limitations it is decided to use cross-flow turbine. Using hydrograph and drop of watercourse data it is calculated that micro hydro Potok would have power output of 39 kW. Cross-flow turbine would replace old Francis turbine in preexisting location infrastructure. Using obtained data cross-flow... More dimensions where calculated accordingly to: „C. A. Mockmore; Fred Merryfield; The Banki Water Turbine“ manual and accordingly turbine dimensions are 1,8 meter in diameter and 2 meters in depth. Modeling cross-flow turbine was done in CAD program Solidworks. For flow simulation was used computer program tool Fluent. Based on obtained results it is clear that inlet turbine casing is under highest stress. Shaft of turbine produce moment of 8517 Nm which equals in 39 kW power. In a year micro hydropower plan Potok would produce 125507 kWh electric energy which equals profit of 134292 kn. Investment cost of micro hydropower plant Potok are estimated to 80000 € with additional 1600 € yearly maintenance costs.
