Abstract
Javna rasvjeta ima dvije bitne funkcije: da osigura sigurni promet ljudi i vozila noću kroz gradske i seoske javne prometne površine i da svjetlom istakne estetiku prostora, ali tako da to ne ide na štetu sigurnosti prometa te da ne uzrokuje svjetlosno zagađenje. Svjetiljke su jako skup i jako bitan parametar u kontekstu javne rasvjete. Današnji trend proizvodnje svjetiljki je takav da kvalitetne svjetiljke obično traju oko 30 godina. Pri projektiranju rasvjete površina za motorni i pješački promet, koje uključuju ceste, ulice, trgove, parkove i slično, veliku nam pomoć daju standardi i preporuke od organizacija koje se bave tim područjem. Indikatori energetske učinkovitosti javne rasvjete su pokazatelji kvalitete projektirane rasvjetne instalacije. Sustav upravljanja javne rasvjete uz osnovnu funkciju uklapanja i isklapanja sustava može sadržavati i sustav regulacije.
Abstract (english)
Street lighting has two essential functions: to ensure safe traffic of people and vehicles at night through urban and rural public transport surfaces and to highlight the aesthetics of space by light, so do not causing insecurity of traffic safety or causes light pollution. Lamps are a very expensive and very important parameter in the context of public lighting. Today's trend in the production of lamps is such that the quality ones typically last for about 30 years. When designing surface lighting for motor and pedestrian traffic, including roads, streets, squares, parks , etc, we provide great help with standards and recommendations from organizations dealing with this area. The energy efficiency indicators of public lighting are the indicators of the quality of the projected lighting installations. The street lighting control system with the basic function of fitting and disengaging may also include a regulation system.
