Abstract
Ovaj završni rad govori o hidrauličkom sustavu koji služi za navodnjavanje poljoprivrednih površina te o mogućim problemima tijekom rada kao i prijedlozima poboljšanja sustava. U prvom dijelu opisani su i zemljopisno smješteni vodozahvat akumulacijskog jezera i crpne stanice. Nadalje, objašnjeni su i geometrijsko opisani ključni dijelovi hidrauličkog sustava koji omogućuju provođenje fluida i njegovu regulaciju do crpne stanice. Kako bi bilo moguće pratiti praktični dio, objašnjeni su Reynoldsov broj, Bernoullijeva jednadžba te hidraulički gubici. Glavni i praktični dio ovog završnog rada je definiranje svih hidrauličkih gubitaka te njihov proračun kako bi se mogli uočiti problemi prilikom rada te dati prijedlozi mogućeg poboljšanja sustava. Hidraulički proračun je izvršen pomoću programa pod nazivom „AFT Fathom“ koji omogućuje grafičko kreiranje te definiranje svakog pojedinog elementa sustava. Nakon izvršene simulacije u programu, moguće je vidjeti gdje se pojavljuju najveći hidraulički gubici. U zadnjem dijelu rada, dati su prijedlozi poboljšanja kako bi se eliminirali nepotrebni gubici koji se javljaju u sustavu i uštedila energija.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this thesis is about a hydraulic system that serves for irrigation of agricultural surfaces and possible problems during work and suggestions for improvements of the system. The first part of the thesis describes the geographically placed water reservoir and pumping station. Furthermore, key components of the hydraulic system are geometrical explained which allow regulation and water flow. In order to be able to follow the practical part of this thesis, some crucial theory chapters are explained like Reynolds number, Bernoulli equation and hydraulic losses. The main and practical part of this final work is to define all hydraulic losses and their calculation so that they can detect work problems and provide suggestions for possible system improvement. The hydraulic calculation was executed using a program called "AFT Fathom" that enables graphical creation and definition of each element of the system. After the simulation in the program, it is possible to see where the greatest hydraulic losses occur. In the last chapter of the thesis, there are suggestions for improvements to eliminate unnecessary system leakage and energy savings.
