Abstract
Završni rad "Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela IG.17 – PT.69." sastoji se od dva dijela. U prvom dijelu rada obrađen je teorijski dio postupaka toplinske obrade, opisani su postupci žarenje, kaljenje, cementiranje. Drugi dio se sastoji od praktičnog provođenja postupka toplinske obrade. Proveden je postupak toplinske obrade cementiranje na strojnom dijelu IG.17-PT.69. koji se sastoji od pougljičavanja, kaljenja i popuštanja. Mjerenjem tvrdoće strojnog dijela nakon postupka toplinske obrade prikazano je da je zadatak uspješno proveden.
Abstract (english)
Undergraduate bachelor thesis paper "Heat treating process of workpiece IG.17-PT.69." is made of two parts. The first part of paper explains theoretical part of the heat treating process, the process of annealing, hardening, case hardening. The second part of paper consists practical implementation of the heat treating process. Workpiece IG.17-PT.69 was case hardened. The process of case hardening consists carburizing, hardening and tempering. The test of hardness shows that process has been successfully performed.
