Abstract
Za pravilan rad svakog radnog stroja sa unutarnjim izgaranjem potrebno je održavati njegovu radnu temperaturu. Prekomjerno grijanje motora može dovesti do ozbiljnih oštečenja na samom stroju, a ponekad posljedice kvara na motoru mogu biti opasne za okolinu ali i za ljudske živote. Da bi motor nesmetano radio na optimalnoj temperaturi potrebno je višak topline odvoditi iz motora a to najčešće postižemo upravo izmjenjivačima topline. More poznavati parametre kao što su snaga motora, radna temperatura motora, protok morske vode i potrebno je donekle poznavati okolinu u kojoj će to plovilo biti korišteno. U praksi prilikom projektiranja i razvoja izmjenjivača topline često se koriste složeni kompjuterski programi za matematičko modeliranje polja strujanja i temperaturna raspodijela u cijevima. Cilj je dobiti što veću izmjenu topline, što manji pad tlaka, što kompaktniju i jeftiniju konstrukciju, i vrlo važno, mogućnost čišćenja i održavanja. Less
Abstract (english)
It is necessary to maintain the operating temperature for each internal combustion machine to function properly. Excessive engine heating can cause serious damage to the machine itself, and sometimes the engine failure can be dangerous to the environment but also to human lives. To keep the engine running smoothly at the optimum temperature it is necessary to drain excess heat from the engine and this is most often achieved by the heat exchangers. More the heat exchanger, it is necessary to know parameters such as engine power, engine operating temperature, seawater flow and it is necessary to know some of the environment in which the vessel will be used. In practice, designing and developing heat exchangers often use complex computer programs for mathematical modeling of flow fields and temperature distribution in pipes.
