Abstract
Planirana sunčeva fotonaponska elektrana snage 220 kW proizvoditi će godišnje oko 246000 kWh električne energije što ne zadovoljava svu potrebu Zračne luke Rijeka za električnom energijom koja prosječno godišnje iznosi 321000 kWh. Navedenu razliku Zračna luka Rijeka uvođenjem ideje net metering-a morati će i dalje plaćati javnoj distributivnoj mreži, ali će uvelike smanjiti ukupne troškove električne energije Zračne luke Rijeka. Od 4. do 6. mjeseca planirana sunčeva elektrana će proizvoditi... More više električne energije nego što je Zračna luka Rijeka troši te će u tim mjesecima sunčeva elektrana biti najprofitabilnija. Kako je promet Zračne luke Rijeka najveći u ljetnom periodu proporcionalno tome je i potrošnja električne energije najveća, a Sunčevo zračenje je tada najintenzivnije i u tim mjesecima planirana sunčeva fotonaponska elektrana će vrlo dobro raditi te će značajno smanjiti troškove Zračne luke Rijeka. Ustanovili smo da je bijeli tarifni model isplativiji od crvenog tarifnog modela i da trenutno planirana sunčeva elektrana nije isplativa sve dok se ne provedu promjene u Hrvatskom zakonodavstvu. Abstract (english)
The planned solar photovoltaic power plant of 220 kW will produce approximately 246000 kWh of electricity per year. This does not satisfy all the electricity needs of Rijeka Airport, which average is 321000 kWh per year. By introducing the idea of net metering the Rijeka Airport will have to continue to pay the mentioned difference to the public distribution network, but will significantly reduce the total costs of Rijeka Airport's electricity needs. From the 4th to the 6th of June, the... More planned solar power plant will produce more electricity than Rijeka Airport consumes and in those months the solar power plant will be most profitable. As Rijeka Airport traffic peaks in the summer period, electricity consumption is also at a proportional high, but also the solar radiation is at its most intense. In accordance with this, the planned photovoltaic power plant will operate exceptionally well in those months and will significantly reduce costs for Rijeka Airport. We have found out that the white tariff model is more lucrative than the red tariff model and that the currently planned solar power plant will not be profitable until changes are prescribed by the Croatian legal system.
