Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je "Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela VM.17-DT.27", odnosno postupak cementiranja koji se sastoji od pougljičenja, kaljenja i niskotemperaturnog popuštanja. U teorijskom dijelu rada detaljnije su opisane fazne pretvorbe, ravnotežni dijagrami i postupci toplinske obrade koji ulaze u sam proces cementiranja. U praktičnom dijelu rada da bi proces bio uspješan najbitnije je bilo odrediti parametre toplinske obrade koji će u konačnici zadovoljiti postavljene zahtjeve konstruktora. Korišten je čelik 16MnCrS5 koji je pogodan za cementiranje. Cilj je bio dobiti površinu minimalne tvrdoće od 60 HRC uz otpuštanje većine unutrašnjih naprezanja. Nakon toplinske obrade je slijedilo ispitivanje tvrdoće mikrostrukture koja se pojavila nakon cementiranja. Cijeli posupak je propraćen slikama i opisom.
Abstract (english)
The task of this paper is "The process of heat treatment of the workpiece VM.17-DT.27", i.e. the cementing process consisting of carburizing, hardening and low temperature release. In the theoretical part of the paper, more detailed description of phase conversion, equilibrium diagrams and heat treatment processes entering into the cementing process itself. In the practical part of the process to be successful, it was most important to determine the heat treatment parameters that would ultimately meet the requirements of the constructor. The 16MnCrS5 steel is suitable for cementing. The goal was to obtain a minimum hardness of 60 HRC with the release of most internal strains. After heat treatment, a microstructure hardness test that appeared after cementation was followed. The whole thing is covered with pictures and description.
